Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Safety Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining fire safety programs and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The Fire Safety Expert will play a critical role in identifying potential fire hazards, conducting risk assessments, and providing training and guidance to staff on fire safety practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fire safety policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct regular fire risk assessments and audits of all company facilities.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal fire safety regulations.
- Design and conduct fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Provide training and education to employees on fire prevention, emergency response, and use of fire safety equipment.
- Collaborate with local fire departments and emergency services to enhance fire safety measures.
- Investigate and analyze fire incidents to determine causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Maintain and update fire safety equipment, including fire alarms, extinguishers, and sprinkler systems.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on fire safety activities and incidents.
- Stay current with advancements in fire safety technologies and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in fire safety management or a similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
